Mario recently visited D. Palmieri’s Bakery in Johnston where owner Eric Palmieri doesn’t just make pizza, he creates art. Mario spoke with Eric about using dough as a canvas and how he comes up with designs. Of course he also had to sample one of Eric’s latest creations which made him go mmmmm!
