Episode 1: Welcome to the very first episode of Wellness Her Way with Gracie Norton. Today, we’re kicking things off by talking about the purpose of the Wellness Her Way podcast. I go into full detail about my wellness journey and experience with hormone imbalance/ PCOS and gut health issues, as well as the steps I took to naturally manage my symptoms. This episode covers all of the changes I made in my nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle to completely transform my health. Everyone’s journey is so unique, which is why it’s important to do what works best for YOUR body. I went from feeling like a stranger in my own body to feeling empowered, and in control of my health. Although there are a lot of changes I made to improve my hormone health, I was able to find joy through the process, which is what led to long term results.
