The amount of morality that’s attached to our diets and eating habits is unreal. Some foods are labelled good, while others are bad. The clean food movement implies that some foods are dirty. And we’ve been told that the way we eat has a huge impact on everything from not just our physical health, but our mental health, our long-term health prospect, and even our immunity. Layer on top of that the prevalence and popularity of highly restrictive diets like Keto, F Factor and Paleo, and it’s actually no wonder that so many people are caught up about food and how we should be eating. How did something that’s supposed to be enjoyable get so confusing, hard and strained?
