As if you needed anything more than that, consider this... during Bobby Wilkerson's career, Indiana was 86-6 overall and 48-2 in the Big Ten. He was a member of Big Ten championship teams in 1974, 1975 and 1976. He was instrumental in the IU victory over the gold medal Russian National squad, considered the best team in the world. He was a freak athlete, do-it-all shut down defender who started on the undefeated 1976 NCAA championship team.
Bobby Wilkerson is, quite simply, one of the greatest Indiana Hoosiers of all time.
