Gabby Garcia was born a conjoined twin; at 8 months old went under highly risky surgery to separate her from her twin, Kayla. 13 years later, the mesh that was used to separate them caused complications - resulting in Kayla's death, just one day after Gabby had been cleared to leave hospital herself.
Gabby now dedicates her time to sharing and educating others about the risk surgery she went under, and life as a former conjoined twin. She's gained over 230K followers on her @oneleggabby TikTok account.
