Whether it’s promoting yourself while being humble, commanding authority while being vulnerable, or acting as a strong yet nurturing leader, each episode will explore how successful creative leaders navigate conflicting expectations throughout their careers. The inaugural season will feature well-known creative leaders from a wide range of fields as they explore the most common contradictions they face.
