More Right Than Wrong (MRTW) explores the tensions that women often face in the modern workplace. Whether it’s promoting yourself while being humble, commanding authority while being vulnerable, or acting as a strong yet nurturing leader, each episode will explore how successful creative leaders navigate conflicting expectations throughout their careers. The inaugural season will feature well-known creative leaders from a wide range of fields as they explore the most common contradictions they face. Conversational, candid, and fun - MRTW will introduce you to folks who are also intuitively navigating their careers and managing to get more right than wrong.
In this episode, we chat with designer and educator, Juliette Cezzar, about the perfectionist trap and how she helps her students at Parsons School of Design find that point of “good enough.” It’s healthy for all of us to find that balance.
