Golemis said he, “believes law enforcement is a pendulum, it was very far to the right for a long time, now it’s way too far to the left,” but now he’s hoping that common sense will kick in and settle somewhere in the middle. Golemis goes on to say that morale in the police force today has, “never been lower” and that’s with great thanks to the ‘defund the police’ movement. Dean says liberal policies have made cops petrified to do their jobs in fear of losing their jobs and their livelihoods. He offers two solutions that can be changed by policymakers in order to better support police officers while reducing crime simultaneously.
