In 2014, he founded Grass Roots Farmers' Cooperative – a collective of small-scale family farms focused on the compassionate treatment of animals, sustainable farm practices, and transparency to the end consumer. Grass Roots Co-op has grown from 6 to over 20 farms and has been featured on The Today Show, Food Network, and Bulletproof Radio.
