Language standards for deaf children are going into effect
Missouri will soon develop language standards for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. The effort is a result of a bill passed this year by the Missouri Legislature that included language to require the standards.
State Senator Greg Razer of Kansas City led this effort. Alisa Nelson talks to him about the new law that takes effect soon.
