15-month-old Vivian Gardner was rushed to the hospital last month after her babysitter found her unconscious on the floor of her bedroom. Police in Piqua, Ohio said the babysitter's husband, Michael Mayor, confessed to slamming Vivian on the floor several times when she wouldn't stop crying.
