The Celtics beat the Cavaliers, 117-113, at home to improve to 45-18 on the season. Boston gets its first win against Cleveland this season, and responded in a big way following a frustrating loss to the Knicks on Monday night. Jayson Tatum led the team with 41 points and Al Horford added 23 of his own, including finishing 6/8 from three.
