Each week Trista chats with experts and everyday people about how we can all be better versions of ourselves. Today on the podcast, life coach extraordinaire Kelley Wolf joins Trista to speak about how we can use her incredible happiness map, FLOW, to move from a place of stress and worry to a place of love and action. Her mission is to help us change our lives and our mindsets from “good” to “great” so that we can ultimately become helpers for the movements and causes that are particularly meaningful to us as individuals. Kelley shares with Trista how she pairs magic with science through life coaching, how we can train ourselves to form “spiritual” abs, and how to identify our nonnegotiable daily needs in order to get to a place of stability and build a strong foundation. Trista and Kelley work through examples of FLOW using a common trigger (do any other moms feel this way about dinnertime!?) and discuss ways they are continuously working to better themselves.
