Their charismatic charm, confidence, and seemingly larger-than-life presence can initially captivate us. Unfortunately, this attraction often leads to a painful cycle of manipulation, emotional abuse, and neglect, as narcissists prioritize their own needs above all else.
Today, Violetta starts the episode by defining what is a narcissist and the characteristics to look out for. She proceeds with enumerating the different mind games narcissistic people often do to trick us into believing they genuinely care and other character traits to help us spot if we are dealing with one.
