Food writer and photographer Korsha Wilson created A Hungry Society to foster more diverse and inclusive conversations about the culinary world. Each week, Korsha looks critically at the current state of the food world and welcomes guests to discuss the role of food in their lives.
Today's guest is Chris Himmel, owner of three restaurants in Boston and CEO of Himmel Hospitality Group.
