Jody never struggled with her weight as a child. But after having her children, her weight crept up. Jody followed various diets to lose weight over the years.
In the Summer of 2020, Jody was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Her daughter found Fast Feast Repeat, and Jody began her IF journey in January of 2021. Her goal was not weight loss, but to improve her health.
Jody went from 160 pounds to 131 pounds. Her skin is glowing, she has less pain, and just feels so good!
