Grady Madden was nominated as a Beck’s Player with Heart for his commitment and passion on and off the field and court. What he enjoys most about high school sports is joking around with his friends and competing against other high school athletes. Grady participates in basketball, football, FFA, and NHS. When he is not in school or playing sports, Luke volunteers as a referee, helps manage youth basketball tournaments, and is the owner of a moving company that he and his friends created. To Grady, agriculture is a way of life. Agriculture is not only farming but it is a tradition of caring for and working the land that is carried down from one generation to the next. When he graduates high school, Grady plans on attending either Iowa State University or South Dakota State University with a major in agribusiness.
