Wyatt Surman was nominated as a Beck’s Player with Heart for his commitment and passion on and off the field. His favorite part about high school sports is the teamwork and how sports create a family among the teammates and the players. To Wyatt, agriculture means everything to him since he grew up with horses and have always been around cattle. His dad really brought him into this industry since he works in a packing plant. No matter what Wyatt does he always ends up in agriculture. He is involved in football, FFA, Mid-Iowa Youth Beef Team, and Feed the Farmers. Wyatt’s future plans are to attend Texas A&M for Agribusiness to further his knowledge on the business side to build up his own auction company.
