Episode .5: Bumble & World Series

In this preview episode, E&K dive into a variety of topics from Bumble to the World Series. Em discusses the trials and tribulations of dealing with Bumble guys, creating a debate between the girls on what the definition of a “thirst tap” is. Emily later attempts to teach Kyra a thing or two about the recent 2017 World Series game between the Astros and Dodgers starting with lesson number one; the World Series is more than just one game.

Episode 1: Giancarlo Stanton(2017 MLB MVP) Interview & Stranger Things

Highest-paid athlete in all of sports and MLB All-Star Giancarlo Stanton joins the first episode of The Ball Out w/ E&K talking how he approaches girls, the needed change to the unwritten rules of baseball, and who is his go-to going out crew. Emily discusses her MVP of the week: Steve Harrington from Stranger Things aka Joe Keery, and Kyra goes on a much needed rant about millennial guys egos. Also, Emily describes her recently viral meeting with Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and Solange.

Episode 2: Notoriously Single feat. Interview w/ HBO "Ballers" Omar Miller

This week on The Ball Out, E&K get into a discussion on The Sexiest Man Alive results and who they think deserved to be listed. Emily explains to Kyra the new beef between Trump and LaVar Ball. Then the girls discussed their choice of being notoriously single. Later, the girls interviewed Omar Miller who stars in the HBO series “Ballers” along with “CSI: Miami."

Episode 3: Meghan Markle & MLB Kneeling feat. Interview w/ Hurt Bae

In this episode, E&K dive into a discussion on the newly announced real-life BAP(Black American Princess), Meghan Markle, and how they have a new girl crush because of it. The girls also the most diverse locker room in American sports--the MLB--and debate on what those players could use their platform for. Kourtney Jorge (aka #HurtBae), joins the girls in a discussion on cheating, self-growth, and of course Raya.

Episode 4: Players & Playas

E&K ride solo in this episode of the Ball Out. Em teaches Ky about a baseball player everyone needs to watch out for if you want to be ahead of the curve. That discussion leads the girls into a debate on what does it really mean to be a “hipster." E also vents about her problems when it comes to guys she’s dealing with at the moment with the main issue: follow THROUGH.

Finally, E&K get into the College Football National Championship game between UGA and Alabama and the dreaded Atlanta team curse.

On this episode of the Ball Out, E&K discuss their MVP, Blake Griffin, and the madness that followed his trade from the LA Clippers to the Detroit Pistons. Later, they recap the Grammy’s and ponder the rights of an artist’s use of an entertainment platform for political discussion. Last but definitely not least, the girls sit down with their long-time friend, USC Lacrosse Alum, and Digital Journalist Drew Jackson as well as Major League Lacrosse All-Star Myles Jones(Drew and Myles are bf and gf too)! The couple talks with E&K about the ins and outs of lacrosse from its popularity to racial differences in the sport, and OF COURSE they spill on their own cute relationship too.
