Dr. Richard Gasaway (Fire Chief, Ret.) is a speaker, author, blogger, podcaster, researcher, and consultant. He retired from service after 25 years as a Firefighter / Paramedic before launching the SA Matters platform. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from Capella University and now serves as an instructor, keynote presenter, facilitator and researcher on safety and leadership topics.
