Andrew Wilcox is the afternoon drive announcer at Cruz 1005. in Fort McMurray, Alberta. On May 1, 2016 he and the rest of the town were forced to evacuate when wildfires swept through the town. I spoke with him in the days after he left his home and the station behind. Also Maritime weather forecaster was completely unaware of the situation in Fort McMurray, and rubbed viewers the wrong way.
