So I will cover why it might be better for a person with more skill to create and operate a new authority website that will grow into a huge money maker over time and why it might be better for a beginner to start with an niche site.
Both site types have there pros and there cons but the major factor for both of them is mainly that the authority website will rank easier once it is in the authority status state. The authority status state is when you have built such an authority site that when you create and index a new web page that it ranks almost automatically.
There are some advantages to running and operating in a niche website and the main focus of a niche site is that you can start earning almost immediately.
