Philadelphia sports fans, get ready, because Jon Marks is officially back on 97.5 The Fanatic.
Middays with Marks airs weekdays from 10AM to 2PM and is produced by Ray Dunne.
For longtime listeners, this feels like a true homecoming. Marks has deep roots with The Fanatic, dating back to his start as Producer of the Sports Radio 950 Morning Show from 2006–2008. He quickly rose through the ranks and connected closely with Philly fans while co-hosting morning and midday programs from 2012–2016. Marks said, “I’m beyond excited for this opportunity.
Philadelphia is the best sports city in the country, and the fans here are as passionate as they come. To be able to talk sports with them every day in this new time slot is an honor, and I can’t wait to bring that same energy and passion to middays on The Fanatic.
(00:00-10:10) – Today on Middays With Marks, Jon asks the listeners a question: Is the AJ Brown situation a big deal and something that could fracture the Eagles?
(10:10-18:33) – Jon doesn’t think that Brown has shown diva tendencies like Terrell Owens shown in the past.
(18:33-27:11) – The Eagles won’t move on from Brown in the middle of the season. The Eagles need Brown this year though. Trade talk shouldn’t be a discussion right now.
(27:11-36:03) – Jon talks about the positive feedback that he received after his first show back at the Fanatic yesterday and checks the phone and text lines for fan input about the AJ Brown situation.
