Journey to Zero Hunger
Food Politics I The value of food diplomacy: How do we encourage nations to act?
Leaders around the world surely care about hunger, so how do we get them to take action? Our journey with host C.D. Glin, Global Head of the PepsiCo Foundation takes us to Chicago, Western Uganda, and the border of war-torn Ukraine. We'll speak with former Ambassador Ertharin Cousin about how nations can be brought together to end world hunger. Then a woman in Uganda explains how she has begun a career in politics to remake agriculture. Finally, we meet celebrity Chef Marc Murphy, an expert in "food diplomacy" who recently returned from feeding Ukrainian refugees.
You can join us on this journey too, PepsiCo Food for Good will donate up to 1,000 meals per episode every time you share an episode on social media with the hashtag #journeytozerohunger.
