Everything Orlando Magic for Sports Drink. Hosted by Preston Ellis.
Do you Believe in the Magic Podcast: Episode 1 With Preston Ellis and Aaron Goldstone @DYBinMagic @prestonellis @AaronGoldstone The Orlando Magic got a reprieve from injury gods with Evan Fournier’s return against the Magic this week, but it does very little to alleviate a nine game slide coupled with the 6-8 week loss of Nikola Vucevic. The Magic are freefalling, and unless Fournier and Aaron Gordon can quickly return to the lineup, a bottom five lottery finish seems all too likely. Tonight the Magic face off against a Pistons’ team playing very well, having won five of six recently. However, they lost their floor general, Reggie Jackson to a grade III sprain in their victory over the Pacers, and may be forced to spring Langston Galloway into action in his place. Could this confusion at arguably an offense’s greatest position slow down the surging Pistons against our crippled Magic? Aaron Goldstone comes aboard our very first podcast to discuss the state of the Magic, Frank Vogel’s future, Elfrid Payton’s development, the Magic’s chances in tonight’s matchup and much much more. If you like what you’re hearing and want more, be sure to retweet, spread the word and follow @DYBinMagic for all the latest podcast and news from Orlando Pinstriped Post’s podcast.

Kurt continues with comments regarding Kyrie Irving's polarizing summer, as well as his take on superstars gaining more and more power over franchises. Then we experiment with a little All Star fun. The Magic bounced back this week, though they did lose two of three against the Pistons, Heat and Nets. However, with Evan Fournier and Aaron Gordon back in the lineup, the offense has come to life and brought purpose to Bismack Biyombo in the starting lineup. Jonathan Simmons continues to struggle in the starting lineup, and the team as a whole struggles to close out these games which presented multiple opportunities for wins. So although the Magic continue their losing wasy (22 out of 26), the optimism levels have to be pointing upward. But playing catchup from 7.5 games behind the surging Pacers will probably turn out to great a cost for our hometown heroes. Welcome back Magic fans! Today we bring back OPP founder Evan Dunlap to discuss Marc Stein's recent report in the New York Times. According to Stein, we can expect the Magic to move on from Evan Fournier, Elfrid Payton and Mario Hezonja in the upcoming weeks. Plus, why does Frank Vogel keep playing Payton and Simmons together? Biyombo's numbers look good on paper, so why do the Magic suffer so much with him on the floor? And finally we get Evan's And please, SPREAD THE WORD. The Orlando Magic have life! Winners of two of three against some of the NBA's very best including the smokin' hot Timberwolves and the NBA's best defense in the Boston Celtics. The Magic narrowly avoided the hat trick with a controversial call made on a potential jump ball between Shelvin Mack and Isaiah Thomas. Whether you're crossing your fingers for these guys to build trade value, or you simply want to see development out of young guys in Khem Birch and Wesley Iwundu, there was something for everyone in Sunday afternoon's stunner. It was the first time the Magic had managed a victory in Boston in eight years. Aaron Goldstone of @oppmagicblog joins us to talk recent performances, trade chatter, Kings/Pacers' preview and much, much more! Thank you for listening! And please, SPREAD THE WORD.
