Rachel's Bio:
My undergraduate degree is in creative writing, and I was a newspaper copy editor for 14 years, most recently at the San Diego Union-Tribune. In 2010 I switched careers and went back to school to get my masters in Marriage & Family Therapy. I am trained in EMDR, and my practice focuses on helping creative people — writers, artists, and musicians. I also regularly facilitate 12-week groups on the book The Artist's Way, by Julia Cameron. I have been involved in several local choirs in San Diego over the years, and most recently I've even been dabbling in improv.
