BIO:
Alenka Artnik was born in a small coastal town called Koper in the 1981 in Slovenia. In her early years she already showed talent for sports and with age 9 she started training flat water kayak regularly and won many national and international regattas. Today she is a professional freediver, athlete with a world status recognized by the Olympic Slovenian Committee (OKS) and an employee in the Slovenian police as a top athletes. Over the past five years of her sports career she set numerous national records, ten world records and enriched her success with as many as four world champion titles.
