Julie is a certified financial planner. She did not struggle with her weight until after her second pregnancy. She found herself continuously overeating, yet never experiencing true hunger. Julie would then compensate by counting calories.
In April of 2021, Julie decided it was time to take care of her health. Two friends had mentioned IF years prior, and she began to do some research. Julie found the IF article in the NEJM and stumbled upon the IF Stories podcast.
Julie has lost 15 pounds and feels good in her body. Both her headaches and eczema are gone, her skin has improved, and she sleeps well.
