Sheri works in the court system. She struggled with her weight from the time she was a young girl. By age thirty, Sheri was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She was put on meds and insulin, tried dieting and lost weight, but would always gain it back. She discovered IF, but because she did not fast clean, IF felt too hard.
After a major surgery in 2022, Sheri looked at herself in the mirror and knew she needed to get her weight under control. Sheri’s mother shared Fast Feast Repeat with her and Sheri immediately began her IF journey. She has lost almost 60 pounds, her A1C has lowered, her fasting insulin has come down, and she feels young and healthy.
Sheri’s advice: Use fasting apps, learn all you can about what works for you. Be kind to yourself.
