Ande is an artist and entrepreneur. She struggled with her weight as a child, and was even bullied by other kids. Her first diet was at 13 years old.
Between 2017-2020, Ande suffered from an autoimmune disorder, Lyme Disease, which made her feel as though she had the flu on a daily basis, and she found herself visiting doctor after doctor, never finding relief. Desperate to feel better, she prayed for an answer and felt led to fast. She found Gin’s IF Stories podcast, and began her IF journey right away.
