Jen is a stay-at-home mom. She struggled with her weight after college, and then again after having her children. In December of 2019, she discovered IF through friends at the gym. Jen read The Obesity Code, which helped her to understand the science behind IF.
Jen has gone from 220 pounds to 160 pounds. She sleeps better, she has sustained energy, both her eczema and plantar fasciitis are gone, and she feels peace with her body.
