In 2018, Grace learned about IF from a friend and began her IF journey. But when the pandemic hit, she found herself eating out of boredom and gained more than 15 pounds. When things got back to normal, Grace went back to consistent fasting and lost what she gained. Maintaining her weight loss has been easy. Grace has taken control of her eating and is more mindful about food.
Beth heard of IF in 2014 from a yoga instructor, but thought it sounded crazy. In 2022, Beth heard an episode of the IF Stories podcast, and decided to give IF a try. She read Fast Feast, Repeat and began the 28 Day FAST Start. Beth has lost 20 pounds, her joint pain is gone, she feels good in her body, and loves sharing the IF lifestyle with Grace.
Grace’s advice: “Keep the faith. It is tough at the beginning, but it evens out the further you go.”
