Austin Boedeker was nominated as a Beck’s Player with Heart for his efforts on and off the field. His favorite part about high school sports is playing with his friends whom he calls brothers. His friends are like brothers to him because of the close bond they share on the field. Agriculture means everything to Austin. He was raised in a farming family and thinks that everything you look at in life can tie back to agriculture in one way or another. Growing up on a farm he realizes more than most the importance of agriculture and to him it is a lifestyle. Austin is involved in football, basketball, and baseball. He is also in FFA and is a part of the soils, agronomy, and Envirothon CDE teams. Once Austin graduates, he plans to get a degree in something Ag related or join a trade.
