Eden Finucan was nominated as a Beck’s Player with Heart for her commitment and passion on and off the court and field. What she loves most about high school sports is being a leader to girls younger than her and taking advice from the upperclassmen. She loves making connections with people on her team. Eden is involved in volleyball, basketball, track and field, band and flag squad, and FFA. She also participates in 4-H where she has held positions such as president, vice president, secretary, and Cloverbud Leader. Eden also enjoys volunteering at her church as well as helping in the fair office and during the fair. In 2022 Eden was the Juneau County Jr. Fairest Attendant and she has enjoyed growing her skills and gaining experience in public speaking. To Eden, agriculture is a family tradition. Her family has been farming since the 1950s and she grew up learning how to care for and show dairy cattle since she was four. Although Eden is not graduating yet, she plans on going to school for nursing.
