I would highly recommend you doing is utilizing Azure backlinks for a buffer then you will be able to push power through those back blinks when you're doing your link building. You can not just use cloud links for your entire backlink profile for at least competitive terms. But you can use them as a great tier 1 to pass power through and topical relevance to any page you want to link build to.
