Houston Police arrested James Lewis Spencer III, 24, charging him with first-degree murder in the death of Sean Connery Flowers, 37. Flowers was a convicted sex offender whose body was found in a ditch in May 2023. Investigators say Spencer posed as a minor online and arranged to meet up with Flowers, but shot him multiple times instead.
